I cannot speak highly enough of this garage. My car developed a serious issue, which they diagnosed quickly and accurately. I was quoted for the repair and every other garage I called gave the same price, it was going to be a big job. Pearce and Batt did not try to push me into getting the car fixed, gave me a courtesy car for the whole weekend (as typically mine had broken down on a Friday afternoon) and only charged a small fee for the diagnostic work. Then they arranged a tow truck and kept my car there until it could be brought back to me. The staff were pleasant, eager to help and go the extra mile. Go to this garage, I won't be going anywhere else

Drove in on a Friday at 4:55 pm with a horrible sound coming from my car. These guys put the car on the ramps and stayed late to investigate! Luckily it was a superficial noise and was safe to get me home (130 journey!!) I cannot thank you enough. Lovely people, excellent service!!!

Pearce and Batt are very willing to explain any detail to you. Their policy of confirming the work with you to be carried out once they have assessed the problem gives one a sense of trust and peace of mind, if any further work is found, to be needed they always call you for approval first. The reception staff has always been courteous and efficient with that nice friendly touch that makes a difference.
